Two components: (1) Subscription provides platform access (management tools, project limits, team features), and (2) Credits purchased separately at $0.035 each power the actual moderation. This gives you maximum flexibility to mark up credits and price your own services.
Credits are purchased per project starting at 2,500 credits ($87.50). They never expire and work universally across text (1 credit per 1,000 chars), images (4 credits), audio (10 credits/min), video (10 credits/sec), stream moderation (1 credit/sec), provenance (3 credits per upload), and deepfake detection (23 credits per upload).
Absolutely! That's the entire point. Buy credits at $0.035 each and resell at your own markup (typically 3-4x). Manage multiple client projects with isolated credit balances. Your clients only see your pricing, not ours.
Standard packs: 2,500 ($87.50) • 5,000 ($175) • 10,000 ($350) • 25,000 ($875) • 50,000 ($1,750). You can also enter custom amounts (minimum 2,500). For enterprise volumes (100,000+ credits), contact sales for volume discounts.
Yes! Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Your purchased credits remain in each project regardless of plan changes.
No refunds. All subscriptions and credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits never expire and can be used anytime, so there's no loss if you don't use them immediately.
