Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Yellah Content Moderation platform ("Service") operated by Yellah LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
The Service is offered under various subscription plans. Plan details, pricing, and included credits are described on our Pricing page.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at legal@yellah.com within 14 days of the charge.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to the Service until that date.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
You retain all ownership rights in content you submit to the Service ("Your Content"). By submitting content to the Service, you grant Yellah LLC a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process, store, and analyze Your Content solely as necessary to provide the Service.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that Your Content does not violate any laws or third-party rights. We do not endorse or verify the accuracy of any content submitted through the Service.
The Service, including its design, software, trademarks, and all related content, is the exclusive property of Yellah LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
The Service may integrate with third-party services including PayPal, Microsoft Azure, Supabase, Vercel, and social media platforms. Your use of those integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YELLAH LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, NOR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU TO YELLAH LLC IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yellah LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) Your Content; or (c) your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with notice where reasonably practicable. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 6, 7, 9, 10, and 13 survive termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to participate in class-action litigation.
We may revise these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
